About the role:

As a Principal Product Manager for Internal Platforms, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of our internal platform capabilities, focusing on service architecture, data models, data quality, and compliance related to user identity verification. This role requires strategic vision, technical acumen, and an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build the product roadmap for enterprise-class internal platforms with a focus on data governance, PII protection, and compliance.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact align with company goals., and set measurable milestones.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, InfoSec, Compliance, Actuaries, and Senior Leadership to develop products that meet internal and regulatory standards.
  • Drive innovation in platform services and data management to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis, to ensure the successful rollout of platform features.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to present roadmaps, gain buy-in, and provide high-quality progress updates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to keep the platform competitive and compliant.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Preference to a Masters Degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, in building and managing internal platforms for matured business.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Experience in the FinTech or InsurTech industries.
  • Background in developing AML and KYC products.
  • Technical proficiency with modern platform technologies and working knowledge of data science.
  • Software Engineering experience.
