DataRobot empowers practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI, and enables leaders to secure their AI assets. Organizations worldwide rely on DataRobot for AI that makes sense for their business — today and in the future.
We’re looking for a Senior Campaigns Manager who’s equal parts strategist and executor—someone who’s not just launching campaigns, but relentlessly optimizing them to drive pipeline.
This is a full-stack role: you’ll own campaign strategy, build compelling programs across channels, and move fast to adapt based on what’s working (and what’s not). You know how to partner tightly with digital marketing, use data to make decisions, and push for performance—not just activity.
You don’t wait around for content or Product Marketing — You love working with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to accelerate your work, and know how to write a mean prompt to get the most from our tools — whether it’s generating high-converting email copy, drafting landing pages, or brainstorming new angles to test. You don’t wait around to be told what to do—you own your strategy and get what you need to ship fast. You should enjoy the wins and the poor performing campaigns equally - know how fast to pull a campaign if it’s not performing and analyze why.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive growth campaign strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and revenue objectives. This includes defining campaign objectives, target segments, and channel mix.
Multi-Channel Execution: Lead the execution of campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, , and website experiences, and partner strongly with digital teams owning SEO, and paid
Content Collaboration: Partner closely with content and product marketing teams to develop compelling campaign assets (e.g., landing pages, ads, emails, e-books, case studies, videos) that support campaign objectives and resonate with target personas.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Define and refine target audience segments, developing personalized messaging and experiences to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance against established KPIs (e.g., stage 0s, stage 2s, pipeline contribution, ROI). Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to achieve desired outcomes.
Field Enablement: Collaborate with field marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with necessary information and tools to follow up on campaign-generated leads effectively.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Implement a rigorous A/B testing framework for campaign elements (e.g., subject lines, ad copy, landing page layouts) to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
You will collaborate extensively with:
Content Marketing
Product Marketing
Field Marketing
Growth Revenue Marketing
Marketing Operations
Business Development
Creative/Design Teams
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Campaign Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Prompt Acumen: If you have a prompt library that you’re constantly testing and building out for yourself, then this is the right spot. If you don’t want to use AI tools like ChatGPT then this isn’t the right role.
Marketing Automation Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and actionable plans.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative & Innovative: A creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling campaign concepts and optimize messaging for various audiences.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5 years of experience in integrated campaign management, demand generation, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred).
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Proven track record of delivering successful, measurable marketing campaigns.
