Field Marketing Manager - Americas
DataRobot
Job Description:
DataRobot delivers AI that maximizes impact and minimizes business risk. Our platform and applications integrate into core business processes so teams can develop, deliver, and govern AI at scale. DataRobot empowers practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI, and enables leaders to secure their AI assets. Organizations worldwide rely on DataRobot for AI that makes sense for their business — today and in the future.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our North America HQ team working alongside our Head of Field Marketing to drive creative, high-impact programs that directly support pipeline generation and customer expansion across our growth and account teams—including for our fast-growing Federal business.
This isn’t a traditional events role. You’ll bring the full power of modern field marketing to life—live streams, hands-on labs, curated customer meetups, partner activations, and targeted campaigns that align to sales priorities and produce measurable outcomes. You’ll work hand-in-hand with account executives and sales leaders to shift the mindset from “just doing events” to running integrated plays that generate and accelerate pipeline.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner to sales, a connector between the field and HQ, and a campaign owner who understands that execution speed and clear impact matter more than perfection. If you're eager to take ownership, push boundaries, and make field marketing a real revenue engine, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Design and execute integrated campaigns that support net-new pipeline, expansion, and renewals—working closely with sales leaders across North America, including Federal.
Lead creative programs beyond just tradeshow events: think livestreams, customer labs, executive meetups, field ABM, and co-marketing with partners like NVIDIA and SAP.
Collaborate regularly with Growth Marketing Campaign Managers to extend and activate integrated campaigns in the field.
Partner with sellers to understand territory needs, focus their engagement, and reinforce the value marketing brings beyond logistics.
Own full-funnel execution—awareness to close—bringing in the right mix of content,, and event formats based on the sales motion.
Track and report on the only metrics that matter: sourced/influenced pipeline, ROI, and sales follow-up and participation.
Act as the voice of the field—sharing back insights on messaging resonance, content gaps, and competitive activity.
Support partner activations that extend regional reach and credibility, including co-branded campaigns and joint events.
Be hands-on and resourceful—running fast with small budgets and making smart use of content, templates, and tools.
This role includes up to 40% travel at times to support in-person events, team offsites, and customer-facing programs across North America.
What You Bring
2–4 years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, demand gen, or campaigns, ideally with enterprise or Federal sales teams.
A strong track record of building trust with sales—while confidently holding teams accountable for follow-up and engagement.
Experience executing multi-touch campaigns and events that go beyond the basics (meetups, ABM, hybrid events, etc.)
Ability to manage programs from planning to execution to measurement—balancing creativity and discipline.
Strong communication and project management skills; a self-starter who thrives in high-ownership environments.
You actively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to speed up execution, generate content, and bring ideas to life—without waiting on others.
Why Join Us
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing field marketing team embedded in headquarters, where your work will directly influence how we grow across North America. This is a rare chance to make field marketing more modern, more measurable, and more creative—from livestream labs to customer roundtables to targeted Federal campaigns.
If you’re looking for a team that punches above its weight, gives you ownership from day one, and values bold thinking and scrappy execution—you’ll feel right at home here. We move fast, we think big, and we’re building the future of AI adoption in the enterprise.
