As a Sr. Marketing Platform Operations Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our marketing technology infrastructure, directly reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations. You'll blend strategic system and process design with hands-on technical implementation and a relentless pursuit of AI technology to drive operational efficiency. Your expertise will position you as the orchestrator and designer of critical operational workflows, ensuring our marketing efforts seamlessly align with revenue objectives.
You will play a pivotal role in maturing our MarTech stack, resolving complex data challenges, and working to foster scalable agentic and AI processes that empower our go-to-market teams. This isn't just about managing systems; it's about joining a team that is pioneering the future of AI-driven marketing solutions that drive marketing effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
MarTech Ecosystem Ownership: Strategically manage and fine-tune our diverse marketing technology setup, including Marketo, SFDC, intent-driven data tools (e.g., Clearbit), attribution models (Hockeystack), sales engagement platforms (Outreach), and more.
Lifecycle & Workflow Optimization: Possess advanced insight into lead and account lifecycles, providing adept operational oversight to streamline workflows, optimize data, and foster scalability and efficiency across the entire customer journey.
Data Integrity & Governance: Establish and enforce ethical marketing system standards and procedures, emphasizing compliance and data privacy. Ensure alignment between data structure, integrity, and collection processes with reporting and business requirements, particularly for tracking and attributing user journeys.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Continuously enhance marketing practices across our tech stack and teams by having a curious eye and bold ideas for when and how to implement AI technology, as well as identifying root causes of technical and operational issues and implementing scalable solutions.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Establish a central hub for documenting system and data processes, customer and prospect journeys, directly linking them to our data and automation solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Training: Act as a spokesperson for marketing operational processes, articulating their rationale and suggesting improvements to diverse audiences. Provide essential training on system usage and processes to team members, advocating for strategic and scalable approaches.
Buying Group Enablement: Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes within Marketo to identify and route qualified buying groups to the appropriate sales channels, significantly impacting lead quality and sales efficiency.
Marketo-Salesforce Sync: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex synchronization issues between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Deep Expertise in GTM Tools: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, intent-based data tools (e.g., Clearbit), and other marketing technologies like Hockeystack, Outreach, and Tableau. Supporter of AI as an enabler to future scale Platform Operations at DataRobot.
Advanced Lifecycle Understanding: Familiarity with sophisticated lifecycle processes and workflows, with a proven ability to optimize them for scalability and efficiency.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Acumen: Deep analytical skills and business acumen with a keen ability to pinpoint the root causes of technical and operational issues, and an innovative approach to discovering practical solutions.
Data Flow & Analytics Mastery: In-depth comprehension of marketing data flows and analytics, capable of ensuring data structure aligns with reporting requirements.
Exceptional Communication: Comfortable explaining complex processes and data to stakeholders at all levels, adjusting presentation depth as needed. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
6-8+ years of experience in marketing platform operations.
Deep analytical skills, business acumen, strong technical abilities, and working knowledge of GTM tools
Compensation Statement
The annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $100,000 and $130,000 CAD/year. This range represents the annual base salary. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
