Dataminr is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Senior Regional Field Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building and executing a local marketing plan that drives impact, pipeline growth and brand awareness for the region. They will collaborate cross-functionally to set an event strategy that aligns with the regional GTM business priorities and marketing program focus. They have a proven track record of building successful event strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and customer and partner engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in event management, excellent project management skills, efficient communication and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences that engage tech professionals, customers, employees and stakeholders.

The opportunity

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing local industry conferences, regional user groups, and supporting demand generation activities at Tier 1 corporate events.

  • Building and executing a regional marketing plan aligned with overall business GTM goals.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with campaign owners to ensure consistent messaging across all activities and communications.

  • Demonstrating an analytical, data-driven, and creative approach to brand awareness and pipeline driven activities, analyzing event performance, and providing event success reports.

  • Partnering closely with regional sales and partner teams to support market expansion and goals.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies, including email campaigns, social media, and lead follow up engagements post-event lead.

  • Developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.

What you bring

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in regional growth marketing, including planning and executing events such as local user groups, tradeshows, forums, speaking engagements, and executive experiences.

  • Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with global teams.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, handling multiple events simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in managing event budgets, sponsorships, and cost optimization strategies.

  • Demonstrable experience developing data-driven event strategies with clear measurement goals and metrics that align with business objectives.

    The annual base salary range for this position is $105,600 - $154,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
