Dataminr is seeking a Manager, Integrated Marketing Campaigns to lead and execute marketing strategies focused on the full pipeline and lifecycle management for B2B new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion. Reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Demand Generation you will be the key owner in driving business growth by delivering targeted, integrated marketing programs that support Dataminr’s key use cases.

The opportunity

  • Own integrated marketing campaign strategy that specifically drives pipeline velocity and conversion, working closely with sales to ensure optimal handoff and closing strategies

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing programs that address the full customer lifecycle, focusing on new business acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and customer expansion in support of revenue targets

  • Take ownership of key programs execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives, revenue goals, and customer needs at all lifecycle stages

  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, subject matter experts, field and event marketing to align on marketing strategies and programs

  • Own the strategy and program management of tactics across content, email, webinars, third party sponsorships/intent solutions, to drive high quality MQL/SQLs and full funnel engagement

  • Work closely with marketing operations to manage your piece of the reporting pie and report to key stakeholders on full funnel metrics and program results. Make data-driven decisions to optimize activity and support business growth in meaningful, measurable ways

  • Collaborate with performance marketers to align on strategy to drive paid campaigns

  • Collaborate with social and web teams to ensure the business line you own is represented in the market to drive success

What you bring

  • 5+ years of campaign management experience in a B2B SaaS marketing environment. Security experience, specifically Cybersecurity experience is a benefit

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, including sales leaders, product marketing, subject matter experts, etc. to ensure alignment with company goals, revenue targets, and customer needs

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Creative and curious mindset; strong critical thinking skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $135,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
