Join our Partnerships team at a pivotal moment in our growth story! We're seeking an experienced Senior Channel Manager to drive results with our reseller & distribution partners in the North America Public Sector, including Federal, State & Local and Education markets.

This US-based role is preferably based in the Washington DC metro area with a hybrid working model.

The opportunity

  • Recruit, develop & manage an ecosystem of solution provider partners who serve the Public Sector market in North America

  • Develop business plans with the partners in collaboration with our sales team and report progress on a quarterly basis

  • Drive joint demand generation campaigns, events and activities with the partners and our sales team

  • Achieve assigned channel sales and pipeline goals for the North American public Sector market

What you bring

  • 8 + years experience in Public Sector sales, channel/alliances, partner management, and/or distribution relationship management, with a clear record of success and increasing responsibility.

  • 5+ years of experience building cyber security channels, with strong relationships with key cyber security VAR’s who serve the North America FedCiv & SLED markets

  • Experience recruiting, developing, and managing channel partners

  • Strong knowledge of the NORAM Public Sector cyber security channel landscape, procurement contracts and processes

  • Exceptional partner sales, written, and oral communication skills; must be persuasive and excel at presenting.

  • Proven ability to prioritize, develop strategic plans, and achieve partner sales objectives.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to cultivate business relationships through networking.

The annual base salary range for this position is $119,200 - $175,000. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.

In addition to the benefits set forth above, the compensation package for this role also includes an annual commission target of $51,312 - $74,887 based on the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
