As a Senior Associate, Customer Success and Support Technology at Dataminr, you will own and drive the identification and implementation of technical solutions that maximize value from our existing technology stack. You will work across Dataminr’s private and public sector Customer Success and Technical Support teams to optimize processes, drive efficiencies, and improve the overall effectiveness of Dataminr’s global Customer Success and Technical Support organizations. This US-based role can be remote or based out of our New York City office.

The opportunity

  • Work closely with Customer Success and Technical Support stakeholders to respond to and proactively identify challenges that can be solved with system and/or process improvements

  • Lead the prioritization, tracking, delivery and communication of system changes to impacted end users and stakeholders

  • Educate and evangelize technical best practices to internal constituents to ensure solutions delivered are best of breed for Dataminr’s business model and culture

  • Act as front-line support to assist users with general questions or technical challenges, troubleshoot any technical issues uncovered and assist end users in resolving their inquiries

  • Manage the integration between Gainsight and Salesforce.com; keeping a keen eye on how changes in either system may impact the other

  • For more strategic initiatives, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting user requirements, business flows and solution designs as well as implementing the solution within the appropriate technology

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce.com and Gainsight experience, with proven hands-on experience in administration and configuration

  • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver with ability to work independently

  • Self-motivation and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on delivering the best possible solution

  • High level of accountability and the ability to execute on multiple and competing projects and deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers

Colorado, New York, California, Washington only: The salary range for this position is as indicated below. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience, among other factors.
Colorado: $77,000-$90,500
New York/California/Washington: $85,500-100,500
