Join Dataminr’s Marketing Leadership Team as our Director for Global Sales Development and be an integral part of Dataminr's revenue growth. You will lead and develop a team of talented Sales Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives generating qualified new business and cross-sell opportunities across our Public Sector and Corporate Risk verticals. We're looking for someone who is committed to developing talent and who thrives on using data to optimize prospecting playbooks and processes.

We’re looking for a leader with demonstrated experience leading high performing SDR teams. You will be leading a team based across North America and the UK. As the majority of the team is based in New York City, this role requires two days a week in our office located in the vibrant heart of NYC. The opportunity

  • Define and own the global sales development strategy at Dataminr, in close collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.

  • Lead a global sales development team to exceed their pipeline and revenue targets.

  • A track record of leadership within a fast paced, high growth Enterprise SaaS environment where cross collaboration is your natural mode.

  • Demonstrated success leading SDR Managers and SDRs to hit pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Demonstrated success optimizing outbound prospecting playbooks and collaborating with marketing teams to improve inbound lead flow.

  • A data driven approach to optimization and decision making.

  • A clear ability to identify, hire, develop and retain top sales development talent.

  • A lead from the front mentality: you’re excited to teach and coach by doing.

  • Experience leading international SDR teams is a plus.

Colorado, New York, California, Washington only: The salary range for this position is as indicated below. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience, among other factors.
Colorado: $117,000 - $132,000
New York/California/Washington: $130,000 - $146,500
