  • In-house experience, particularly regarding tax accounting and reporting across a pan-European or international group, is a significant plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with a team player mentality.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on with a passion for working in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment.

  • Being fluent in both English and Dutch is essential.

Reasons to Not Apply

  1. Overwhelmed by International Tax: Struggle with complex international tax regulations and frequent updates? This role demands deep dives.

  2. Hands-Off: Do you prefer to delegate? This hands-on role requires active involvement in multiple projects (tax audits, M&A, VAT compliance).

  3. Prefer a Large Team Environment or Dislike Operational Tasks: This role thrives on individual initiative and dives deep into the technical details of daily tasks. Attention to detail is crucial.
