Senior Manager, Technical Sales Enablement

Location: Remote (U.S. only)
BigPanda is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Sales Enablement to join our high-impact, high-performing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales methodology, product knowledge, soft skills, and process enablement across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Your goal will be to strengthen sales effectiveness and scale technical excellence across our revenue teams within a fast-paced, innovative environment experiencing rapid product development cycles.
We’re looking for a strategic, self-motivated, and execution-driven enablement leader who can serve as a force multiplier—elevating the performance of our technical sales and post-sales teams by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a force multiplier for BigPanda’s technical sales and post-sales teams by creating scalable enablement programs, job aids, and collateral, to amplify productivity, consistency, and impact on customers and prospects.
  • Develop repeatable, scalable training curricula that enhance selling effectiveness, technical acumen, and customer engagement skills.
  • Leverage cross-functional expertise from sales, solution engineering, product, R&D, and marketing to deliver targeted, role-specific enablement initiatives.
  • Deliver technical enablement in support of product and feature launches, new use cases, sales plays and campaigns, including the creation of technical materials and documentation.
  • Coach and mentor technical sales teams on key skills, including ICP definition, qualification frameworks, competitive differentiation, objection handling, and storytelling.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to identify strategic enablement opportunities, skill gaps, capture tribal knowledge, and translate it into actionable enablement resources that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement, using data and feedback to iterate on enablement programs and drive adoption of tools, methodologies, and messaging.
  • Accelerate pipeline growth by designing and leading enablement programs that align with and reinforce BigPanda’s GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action.
  • Highly collaborative professional who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex learning needs into scalable systems and workflows.
  • 8+ years of experience at a SaaS or software company.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or in a software sales role.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools or automations to optimize sales enablement programs, coaching, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with leading sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with common LMS platforms and coaching and enablement tools.
  • Strong alignment with BigPanda’s corporate HEART values
Bonus: Experience in the AIOps / ITOps domain.
Bonus: Prior experience in-role as a Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or in Professional Services.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $150,00 - $185,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location
