As our Demand Generation Manager, you will own and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital advertising, webinars, and other key channels to drive measurable pipeline growth. You’ll work at a rapid pace, optimizing performance and collaborating closely with Sales, SDRs, and Product Marketing to ensure high-quality lead generation.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
- Manage a high volume of webinars, ensuring seamless execution, engagement, and follow-up.
- Partner closely with our Sr. Web & Digital Marketing Strategist and agency partner to develop and launch Google Paid Search campaigns that maximize pipeline impact.
- Build, test, and optimize email marketing programs that nurture leads and perform at industry benchmarks.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to ensure messaging alignment and campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage intent data and predictive analytics tools (6sense or similar) to target and prioritize high-value accounts.
- Implement and optimize live chat strategies to drive inbound engagement and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and other marketing colleagues to ensure alignment and efficient lead handoff.
- Use Asana or similar project management tools to keep campaigns on track and executed flawlessly.
- While not a primary focus, support field marketing initiatives as needed.
- International marketing experience is a plus.
What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:
- Experience: 5-7+ years in demand generation, campaign management or a related marketing role.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Marketo or Eloqua, Salesforce, Google AdWords, 6sense, and live chat tools – you are curious and unafraid to get technical.
- Execution-Focused: You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality, error-free campaigns that run smoothly from start to finish.
- Agile & Fast-Paced: You can juggle multiple programs, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Data-Driven: You love tracking performance, optimizing campaigns, and proving impact with clear metrics.
- Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional teams and work effectively with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDRs.
- Agency Management: Experience working with and managing agency partners.
- Global Mindset: International marketing experience is a plus.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $90,000 - $110,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location
