About the Role:
BigPanda is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to help drive the growth and adoption of the BigPanda platform with strategic customers on their AI Ops journey. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a strong delivery background in implementations, consulting, and managing long-term engagements with Enterprise customers. You will execute platform configuration, lead best practice sessions, and drive a technical roadmap that requires integrating with monitoring systems. You’ll provide hands-on training, and technical guidance to help customers adopt new features and get most value out of their IT Ops platform.

What you will do:
  • Guide strategic customers on a variety of impactful technical projects, including developing incident workflow architecture diagrams, best practice guides, and executing production-grade go-lives
  • Guide strategic customers as they implement transformational AI Ops projects, including end-to-end design, build and deployment of thought leadership solutions
  • Consult on AI Ops project engagements and implement strategic projects which leads to a customers' successful understanding and adoption of BigPanda.
  • Provide an escalated level of support for customer operational issues.
  • Work with Product, R&D, and Customer Support to provide product and implementation feedback and to guide rapid resolution of engagement-specific product and support issues.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Technical Account Managers on customer adoption and expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to the Professional Services Practice. We’re seeking someone eager to share their knowledge and learnings with their teammates.
What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:
  • 5+ years experience with industry-leading monitoring tools and/or Incident ITSM and Response platforms in a customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture or consulting role.
  • Experience with technical project delivery - managing scope and timelines.
  • Build skills in technical areas that support the deployment and integration of BigPanda-based solutions to complete customer projects.
  • Comfortable writing code in either Python or Node JS. Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem is nice to have.
  • Experience working with strategic clients, mitigating project risk, and creating solutions to manage conflict.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and able to “own” projects from end to end.
  • Documentation and white-boarding skills to design complex architectures across multiple platforms and integrations.
  • Travel to customers 10 - 20% of the time.
