About the Role:
The Sr Digital Marketing & Web Strategist will report to the Sr Director of Demand Generation and be responsible to strategically plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation through website, email, SEO, SEM, and paid media.
Candidates should possess a keen understanding of B2B enterprise marketing, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, pipeline growth, and analytics and reporting. S/he will know how to develop, execute, and optimize creative digital programs to achieve results. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to drive meaningful action based on learning from program testing, feedback from stakeholders, and analysis from large data sets. This role requires strong people and collaboration skills to build relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Develop, own, and execute on digital marketing strategies for SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and the website (UX, technical infrastructure, content, brand, design)
- Define and manage ongoing improvements to the website, including building out new site features and functionality, including navigation, CTA'sand landing pages
- Provide recommendations on content and asset types required to optimize digital strategy
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support web strategy development on best customer experience
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing plans, strategies, and deliverables that create demand and pipeline
- Drive personalized experiences aligned to sales goals, and in support of lead generation
- Thorough understanding of the demand funnel, and how to set and measure progress against goal attainment at each stage of the funnel. Track and report on strategic, operational and tactical metrics using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes and success
- Deliver reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data to make real-time adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities
- Manage the interface with external agencies including paid media and demand gen vendors/partners
What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:
- 6+ years experience managing SEM, SEO, paid media, and web strategy
- Demonstrated website management experience including use of web analytics tools and working with web developers.
- Ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies
- Hands-on knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing and a proven track-record of delivering qualified leads and successful results
- Energy and enthusiasm with experience working with a paid media agency and working cross functionally across Marketing
- Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI. Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from data
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- A self-motivated individual; a good team player; someone who takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work
- Familiarity with Salesforce, 6sense, SEMRush, Mutiny, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of AIOps is a plus

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $135,000 - $185,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location
