BigPanda is looking for an experienced product management leader to run our world-wide product management organization and serve as a member of the company’s extended leadership team. You will work closely with our GTM and Engineering teams to chart a roadmap to fuel our land and expand business model, while also partnering with the Customer Org to keep existing customers happy and renewing. The ideal candidate has run product management organizations before and has a proven record of setting the example for individual contributor product managers, managing companies through scale/change, driving cross-functional alignment, and creating conditions to foster rapid team development.

This position will be in the Eastern Time Zone and will report to the Chief Product officer based at company headquarters in California.

Responsibilities:

• Product design - Functional analysis that identifies the best options for compelling, easy to use software
• Engineering engagement - Close partnership with engineering to understand technical trade-offs and architecture in order to successfully influence product design
• Prioritization - Relentless prioritization across several competing objectives to make optimal use of time and resources
• Customer development - In person and virtual conversations to understand users, priorities and design considerations
• Field support - Enable our field by providing content that can be used by the BigPanda Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
• Whatever else is needed to improve BigPanda products, delight our customers, strengthen our organization, and help the company grow

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience
• Experience building enterprise SaaS software for technical users & buyers
• Strong, proven track record of partnering with high performing engineering teams
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Ability to travel as required (up to 20%)

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $250,000.00 - $300,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location
