About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Product Designer with experience and creativity to join our team and contribute to our design strategy. As a Senior Product Designer at BigPanda, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and field teams, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Design with a strong focus on user needs and behaviors. Research users, create user personas, and translate insights into engaging experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from customers and end users. Use feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience continually
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language for our products. Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and layouts that align with our brand identity

What Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in product design
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate design concepts clearly, and incorporate feedback to refine designs
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and business objectives. Willingness to learn and apply new skills as needed
• Exceptional communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively
• A portfolio that demonstrates UX and visual design skills and showcases your approach to solving complex problems
