Who we seek:

We’re seeking an Account Executive to join our LATAM team supporting southern LATAM (Chile, Argentina & Peru). As an AE you will be responsible for prospecting and driving deals in the defined region. Our ideal candidate is someone who has an upbeat attitude with hands-on prospecting and full sales cycle management experience. Candidates should be self-starters and motivated to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, develop, and execute an account strategy to close new business and drive growth
  • Establish positive business relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level executives
  • Develop a partner ecosystem by building a plan for ACV growth tied to the region’s strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast in BigID’s CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate
  • Conduct regular cadence between the Partner & BigID stakeholders and adjust strategies
  • Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal resources to fill the gaps
  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to target commercial prospects in your assigned region
  • Own each step of the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quota expectations and key business metrics

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • 6+ years of sales experience and prior experience working with top global vendors
  • Prior sales experience in the technology (SaaS) industry is preferred, Data, Security, Cybersecurity, SecOps, Risk
  • Proven track record of at least 3 continuous years of achieving or exceeding quota
  • Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM models
  • Have a grounding in emerging data protection regulations like GDPR, LGPD
  • Ability to articulate and present well to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter and self-motivated - a tenacious individual who isn’t afraid of taking initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
