Who we seek:
We’re looking for a Principal Engineer for our development team.
What you’ll do:
- Be a leading team member and function as a subject matter expert in technical areas and product components
- Design logic solutions to complex challenges for our customers who are among the most successful enterprises in the world
- Write high-quality code, covered by solid unit and integration tests
- Drive technological and architectural decisions
- Review the design and code for other team members
What you’ll bring:
- BS.c / BA in Computer science (or other relevant degrees), and at least 10 years of experience
- Experience in large scale data processing pipeline
- Experience with distributed architecture, micro services, REST API
- Team player, willing to work in a dynamic startup environment (Agile)
Advantages:
- Experience with Kafka, Spark
- Experience in Java, Spring Framework and Node.js
What you’ll do:
- Write high-quality code, covered by solid testing suites.
- Work with industry-leading vendors to define and develop integrations.
- Work closely with the team lead and the product manager to solve complex tasks.
What you’ll bring:
- 1-3 semesters left for graduation, preferably from the well-known institute (Technion, Tel Aviv University, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, IDC, Ben Gurion University, The Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo, etc).
- Development experience from previous jobs - advantage
- Previous experience with big data, Java, spring stack, working in a micro-services environment (docker & k8s) - advantage
