About the Role
As our GTM Operations Manager, you’ll be the architect of a data-driven, AI-powered revenue engine. You’ll combine analytical rigor with process design to unblock growth, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure every funnel stage is measurable and scalable. Reporting to the Senior GTM Operations Manager, you’ll make the entire funnel sing—from the very first touch to renewal and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization
- Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes using automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency across GTM teams.
- Map, document, and continuously improve lead-to-cash workflows (lead scoring, routing, opportunity stages, renewal/expansion motions).
- Maintain territory definitions and lead/account assignment rules
- Oversee GTM projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
Systems Ownership
- Administer and integrate core GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, Koala, BI tools). Drive data quality through validation rules, automation flows, and governance.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new AI tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and insights.
Forecasting & Analytics
- Build dashboards and models that surface funnel health, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates.
- Leverage machine learning tools to identify patterns and opportunities that traditional analytics might miss.
- Track and report on the progress of GTM programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance targets.
Cross-Functional Projects
- Lead GTM tooling evaluations, migrations, and process roll-outs; collaborate with RevOps, Product, and Finance on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Revenue/GTM/Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment (Series A–C preferred).
- Salesforce admin and reporting mastery that borders on wizardry; familiarity with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms.
- AI enthusiast
- Proven track record designing data models, process flows, and KPIs that improved funnel efficiency or forecast accuracy.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI experience (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery) a strong plus.
- Comfortable managing complex cross-functional projects and communicating insights to executives.
- Strong business acumen—able to translate data into clear recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Experience standing up CPQ, subscription billing, or customer success platforms
- Knowledge of PLG (product-led growth) funnels or usage-based pricing models.
