The Senior Partner Success Manager will play a pivotal role within the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization at Apartment List, working closely with our Enterprise partners. This senior-level position will focus on driving value for our partners through actionable data insights, performance optimization, product adoption strategies, and in-depth partner education. The Senior Partner Success Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure that we are delivering results that meet partner needs and business objectives.
In this role, the Senior Partner Success Manager will serve as a key point of contact for our partners - joining partner calls and building trusted relationships alongside the Enterprise Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Participate regularly in partner calls, representing the Partner Success team and supporting Sales in strengthening partner relationships. Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and proactively.
Industry Expert:
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, regularly communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders to guide partner strategies and strengthen relationships.
Data-Driven Insight Generation:
  • Provide actionable reports and performance insights to the sales team, using data analytics to uncover trends that drive growth and retention for our partners.
Performance Optimization:
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and execute strategies that enhance partner performance and ensure optimal product utilization.
Product Adoption & Revenue Growth:
  • Lead initiatives to drive product adoption among partners, ensuring that they fully leverage our platform’s capabilities to increase revenue growth.
Partner Education & Enablement:
  • Create and deliver customized training materials, presentations, and resources to educate partners on product features and best practices, demonstrating how our solutions impact their business performance.
Strategic Liaison & Problem Solver:
  • Serve as the go-to resource for partner concerns and challenges. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Analytics) to identify solutions that address partner needs and unlock new opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles, ideally working directly with enterprise-level partners. Previous experience in engaging in partner or client calls and managing ongoing relationships is preferred.
Data Expertise:
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel, GSuite, and foundational SQL skills is preferred.
Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, impactful presentations and client-facing materials.
Partner Success Focused:
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify and solve partner challenges. You are able to develop and execute strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive business outcomes.
Creative Problem Solving:
  • You thrive in dynamic, startup environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. You’re resourceful and creative in finding solutions that deliver results.
Collaboration:
  • You are a team player with a passion for learning from others and encouraging collaboration across internal teams.
Curiosity & Motivation:
  • A self-motivated, insatiably curious individual who enjoys diving into data and trends to continuously improve partner relationships and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Multi-family experience preferred but not required.
Here's the Pay Range:
At Apartment List, we carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work. The US base salary range for this position is:
  • Tier 1: $100,000-$121,000 TTC (including $80,000-$97,000 base salary) + equity
  • Tier 2: $92,500-$112,000 TTC (including $74,000-$89,700 base salary) + equity
  • Tier 3: $85,000-$103,000 TTC (including $68,000-$82,500 base salary) + equity
This is a fully remote position within the US, with minimal travel.
This reflects the compensation target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the compensation details provided do not include benefits and perks that we offer.
We also rely on market indicators along with considering your work location, job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive for you. Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration.
