Role Summary
We’re looking for a data-savvy, SLA-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to join our high-impact team. In this role, you'll oversee key revenue workflows—from api issue detection and partner resolution, to integration configurations—ensuring seamless operations and compliance with internal SLAs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, and partner-facing teams, and help coordinate with our offshore support team to meet performance KPIs. This role blends operational rigor with technical troubleshooting and process improvement, making it a perfect fit for someone who thrives in both structure and ambiguity.
Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:
- Own the full lifecycle of API and Excel Data receiving, including outreach, receipt tracking, and delinquency reporting
- Monitor and triage daily automated alerts and escalations using tools like Looker, BigQuery, and Salesforce
- Maintain SLA compliance across multiple workflows, ensuring 24-hour turnaround on onboarding integration requests
- Manage integration configurations and connections , including new partner onboarding and updates to existing integrations
- Coordinate with offshore support team, ensuring timely handling of support tickets and formatted report submissions
- Track and escalate systemic issues across API credentials, partner data integrations, and syndication errors in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Update and improve existing documentation for communication templates, Iterable outreach blasts, and integration QA workflows
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable, Implementation, Engineering, and Supply Ops on billing issues, compliance gaps, and partner escalations
Here are the skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:
- 2–4 years in a revenue operations, analytics, or customer success role—preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or multifamily operations
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, structured tracking)
- Experience navigating Looker, Salesforce dashboards, and/or basic SQL queries via BigQuery
- Familiarity with automation tools like Iterable, Postman, or API testing utilities
- High attention to detail with a proven track record of meeting tight SLAs and recurring deadlines
- Clear and professional communicator—confident managing partner outreach and internal escalations
- Comfortable coordinating remote or offshore teams for ticket handling and workflow QA
- Bonus: Familiarity with property management systems like Yardi, ResMan, RealPage, AppFolio, or Entrata

Here's the Pay Range:
At Apartment List, we carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work. The US base salary range for this position is:
- Zone 1: $85,000 - $103,000 + equity
- Zone 2: $79,000 - $96,000 + equity
- Zone 3: $72,700 - $88,000 + equity
This reflects the compensation target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the compensation details provided do not include benefits and perks that we offer.
We also rely on market indicators along with considering your work location, job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive for you. Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration. It is always our goal to hire exceptional talent and we would be happy to share more about compensation during the hiring process.
The base pay range for this role is $72,600-$128,200 per year.
