About the Role
We’re looking for an execution-driven Product Manager to join our AI Nurture team in Israel and help accelerate the output of our Engineering and Data Science teams. You’ll help transform high-level product vision into crisp specs, enable fast iterations with cross-functional teams, and ensure product quality and value delivery post-release.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has a high bar for detail, quality, and clarity. You will work closely with PM leadership, engineering, analytics, and external partners to shape the AI product experience and maximize business value.
Responsibilities
Execution & Technical Scoping
- Requirement clarity: Partner with senior PMs to transform product vision into fully defined specs, diagrams, and edge-case handling (e.g., complex state machines for follow-up cadences).
- Execution velocity: Own tactical product planning and help make informed, fast-paced decisions in collaboration with Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Product quality: validate product value post-release through metrics tracking and hands on QA.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and visibility of core KPIs across dashboards and portals.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to refine integration flows and ensure AI’s actions are well-communicated and represented.
- Engage with early adopters of new products like AI Maintenance and AI Renewals to gather feedback and adjust the product to optimize outcomes.
- Create product and technical collateral to help communicate product and feature value to the GTM team
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of product management, technical program management, or strong cross-functional execution experience.
- Excellent English, written communication and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action in high-velocity environments.
- Highly analytical, with a methodical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead projects across functions
- Based in Israel with a willingness to work shifted IL schedule with late evenings Monday through Thursday to support working with the US-based team.
