About the Role:
We are seeking a Lea Pro Specialist to serve as the technical sales expert for our innovative generative AI product, Lea Pro. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and sales execution, supporting both pre-sale and post-sale activities to ensure seamless client experiences and successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a technical problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and experience in SaaS solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, are adept at handling complex sales processes, and are passionate about helping clients unlock the value of cutting-edge technology.
This role requires ~10-25% travel within the assigned region.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Pre-Sales Activities: Partner with the Sales team to provide technical expertise during demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring successful implementation and early adoption of Lea Pro.
- Problem-Solving: Serve as a technical resource to address client questions and troubleshoot issues during and after the sales process.
- Drive Product Adoption: Work closely with Account Managers and clients to optimize the use of Lea Pro, tailoring configurations and training to specific customer needs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment between client needs and product development.
- Develop Resources: Create technical documentation, best practices, and training materials to support internal teams and clients.
- Champion Lea Pro: Act as an ambassador for Lea Pro (AI), showcasing its value to prospective and existing clients while identifying new use cases and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in a SaaS technical sales, sales engineering, or customer success role.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to support complex sales cycles and build trust with clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address client challenges effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally to drive customer success and align on priorities.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic settings with a willingness to travel as needed to support the team and clients.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the multifamily housing or property management industry.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools or technologies.
- Strong presentation and technical demo skills.
Pay Range:
We carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work.
- The compensation range is $103,200 - $145,500 OTE ($67,080 - $94,575 base salary) + equity.

We also rely on market indicators along with considering your work location, job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive for you. Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration. This is a fully remote position within the US, with regional travel as noted above.
