- Forecast with Accuracy: Create and deliver detailed, data-driven sales forecasts to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure Client Success: Establish and manage the post-sales pipeline, maximizing client retention and expansion through seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Shape the Product Roadmap: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying insights to the product team to inform and enhance Lea Pro’s development.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to provide creative solutions to client challenges and drive consistent outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 7–9+ years in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years building and managing teams and proven success scaling early-stage products.
- Expertise in Sales: Deep understanding of solution sales cycles, account management, and building sales plans with demonstrated success in initiating, developing, and closing enterprise deals.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI-driven products and data analysis, including proficiency with tools like Excel.
- Collaboration Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with experience building internal and external partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, resourceful, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed and contribute as a player-coach.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and the property management industry.
- Proven experience working with generative AI tools and technologies.
- Multilingual abilities to support a diverse client base.
