We want your help in telling our unique story to eCommerce teams and sharing market insights with our product teams to shape our roadmap.

We are looking for an experienced product marketer with an in-depth knowledge of the evolving challenges facing marketing and merchandising teams in search and discovery. You have a passion for working with multiple stakeholders from Product, Enablement, Sales and Executives to create positioning that is unique and differentiating.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Being the proud creator of product messaging and content
  • Lead new product & feature launch processes
  • Create customer-friendly comms on our roadmap of upcoming releases
  • Working with enablement to create playbooks across the various sales roles, such as Development Representatives, Sales Engineers and Executives.
  • Growing as the public face of Retail & eCommerce thought leadership at virtual events and demand gen activities such as webinars.
  • Working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market
  • Managing highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various projects on track
  • Learning how AI Search works and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that resonates to a variety of personas
  • Thriving in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and are able to operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Marketing Technology
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail or selling/marketing to Retailers / Ecommerce / IT / Digital teams and know the mind of the Retail buyer
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing a small team
  • Passion for creating phenomenal content. This is a team effort where you are the opinionated product messaging expert, and work with teams like design, enablement and digital to produce amazing product content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Versatility and intellectual curiosity: you are excited to learn about our product, different verticals and content landscapes
  • You have a passion to learn: dig into our products and learn the tech and industry vocabulary
  • Ability to do systematic, deep research on a variety of topics
  • Interpersonal skills: you love engaging internal stakeholders, influencers, customers and prospects for interviews, opinions and stories
  • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $100-300M ARR range, B2B, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Content marketing acumen: well-versed in content production, publishing, and amplification
  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Experience in B2B software industry

The annual base salary compensation range for this role reflects US market pay data within this location. The exact compensation offered for this role may vary depending on specific location and job-related knowledge, technical skills, and experience; and is only one part of our Total Rewards philosophy to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

$193,500$250,000 USD
